GONUTZ Snack Foods is an NZ owned and operated business. Naturally we follow the NZ (& Australian) Fair Trading and Consumer Guarantees laws but mostly we want our customers to be happy. If you think there is something wrong please let us know so that we can fix any problems and make buying GONUTZ products easy and enjoyable.


Some things you should know:

This is a wholesale web-shop and all sales are in the carton quantities shown at ex-factory prices.
Some products will offer more than one carton size so please choose carefully.

All advertised prices are ex-factory costs and exclude freight and GST which are shown at the checkout.

These prices only apply to orders placed on this webshop and replace any other price, offer or agreement, bonuses or discounts and include any prompt payment discount.

Taxes.
Goods & Services Tax (GST) will be shown at the checkout.
If we are exporting goods to you from our NZ warehouse, this will not apply.
If you buy from us within Australia we are obliged to add 10% Aussie GST to the value which we remit to the ATO.  Our ABN is 26 629 968 316.
Taxes or duties for any other country are the responsibility of the purchaser.


A fixed delivery cost applies per order which is shown at the checkout. As this is fixed for any size order, the net product cost gets less with the more that you buy. Please select your region accurately to avoid delays in processing. Delivery cost to destinations outside New Zealand or Australia will be advised separately.

If applicable, any prearranged trade & group discounts will be applied to your final invoice.
Any discounts given on this webshop are not additional to any other GONUTZ offer or discounts.

 
Payment
We offer payment by:
  • Credit Card (Paypal)
  • POLI direct credit
  • Charge through to a pre-arranged trade credit account with 30 day direct debit.
Trade customers
All businesses are welcome  to purchase using this webshop or call us directly.

Orders may be charged to a prearranged wholesale credit account including an authorized group account such as Foodstuffs charge through, Red Circle or WDL.

Orders may also be charged to a prearranged GONUTZ trade credit account which may include direct debit. 

Any discounts given on the webshop are not additional to any other offers, bonus cartons, discounts or rebates.

Casual Sales
Casual Shoppers do not need to have an account with us to make purchases however contact & delivery details will be required to complete the transaction. These will always be kept confidential. Your purchases are in the carton quantities. We will send your order upon confirmation of payment. If you are are a business in trade please contact us to establish a trade account.
 
Exports
All products are made to comply with NZ and Australian food safety standards. If you are importing into another country it is your responsibility to ensure that the products comply with your local regulations. Sorry, Chocolate and Cheese & Crackers products are not suited to export.
New Zealand GST (tax) does not apply to exported goods.

 
RETURNS

Trade customers 90 day Sale or Return guarantee
We are confident about the popularity of our products but realize that consumer tastes vary. Therefore as part of our service to trade customers we will credit, exchange or take back any product that does not sell within 90 days of purchase. Conditions: All reasonable effort must have been made to sell the goods. Goods must be returned to our warehouse by the customer in unmarked, clean and saleable condition within 90 days of purchase. Credits will first be applied against any discount given at time of purchase. Proof of purchase will be required. Seasonal, special productions and goods sold on special or clearance discounts excluded. Sorry, expired goods will not be accepted for credit.
 
Casual customers
We are happy to credit or exchange any unwanted goods provided that they are returned to our warehouse by the customer in unmarked, unopened, clean and saleable condition within 30 days of purchase. Credits may first be applied against any discount given at time of purchase. Proof of purchase will be required. Seasonal, special productions and goods sold on special or clearance discounts excluded.
 
Faulty goods
Any goods shown to be faulty or defective for any reason will be refunded, replaced or exchanged at any time within the expiry date of the product.
