New Zealand orders

As the prices shown are ex-factory, a small delivery cost per order  may be shown at the checkout when your select your region. Please select accurately to avoid delays in processing.
Free NZ delivery (other than rural charges) may apply to orders above a minimum value.

North Island 

• Usually 1-2 days from order/payment.
• Rural areas may take a little longer.

South Island

• Usually 2-3 days from order/payment.
• Rural areas may take a little longer.

Australia

• Please  read prices as $AUD.
• Delivery time & cost depends on your location, please inquire when ordering.
• Bulk shipment OK, distributor inquiries welcome

Other countries

• We can ship to most countries subject to local importation laws
• Please note some products are not suited to hot climates

Returns

We are happy to credit or exchange any unwanted goods provided that they are returned to our warehouse by the customer in unmarked, unopened, clean and saleable condition within 30 days of purchase. Credits may first be applied against any discount given at time of purchase. Proof of purchase will be required. EXCLUDES chilled products, seasonal or special productions and goods sold on special or clearance discounts.
